EVA foam samples

Combine your own sample pack of foams by UK manufacturer Poly-Props. Regardless of whether you want to complete your overview or have no experience and want to try out how to work with foam, the samples are the perfect way to do it.

Add the density you are interested in to your shopping cart. Each comes in three basic thicknesses (2mm, 5mm and 10mm) and you can choose from a total of five densities from the softest CF45 to the very hard CF200. Foams are supplied by the UK manufacturer Poly-Props and all of them are available in larger sizes.

Just starting out with cosplay? We recommend the first three densities (CF45, CF65 and CF100). Try to bend them, cut them, heat them, shape them, grind them, and test the primer and paint on them. Already know the trio mentioned above? Try the even harder CF150 and CF200!

Note: You can get two batches of foam combined with the last few CF45 samples. The newer foam is darker, but not to worry - it works the same.
