HexFlex Primer is a water-based primer that is very easy to use and therefore ideal for beginners. It is a flexible and durable latex-free primer that is not sticky to the touch once dry. Due to its elasticity it does not crack. It can be applied to a wide range of surfaces - foam materials (we recommend heat sealing the foam surface first), polystyrene, fabrics, wood and more. This primer gives the surface a satin-matt finish that is ready for further alteration.

HexFlex Primer is offered in multiple colours and transparent form. It can be mixed with other acrylic paints to achieve a specific colour. It can also be diluted to your desired viscosity, for example for use with an airbrush.

We recommend applying at least 3 thin coats. Allow each layer to dry for at least 3 hours (at room temperature) before applying the next layer. After the last coat, allow to dry completely for at least 12 hours (at room temperature).
