Wonderflex Pro

Wonderflex is a thermoplastic just like Cosplayflex, Worbla or Thibra. It is great for example for headpieces, masks, basic costume structures, wig bases, decorations etc., but its uses are practically limitless. It is a thin sheet of plastic that can be shaped by heating and holds its shape after cooling.

• This thermoplastic sheet is completely smooth on both sides.
• It has a low activation temperature - 70-80 °C. You can heat it using an oven, microwave, heat gun or hot water.
• It can be cut for example with a knife or scissors.
• It can be used for molding with or without a form.
• After cooling it holds its shape and can be reshaped by reheating.
• It easily bonds to itself, so it can be layered or otherwise joined. It can be glued to most porous materials such as paper, wood, fabric, foams, Fosshape etc.
• The material is strong and, unlike the foams in our range for example, its surface cannot be damaged so easily, making it suitable for example for the ends of props that will rest on the ground or might otherwise get dented.

What is the difference between Wonderflex and Wonderflex Pro?
Wonderflex Pro does not have the reinforcing mesh like Wonderflex, so it is more flexible (it can be shaped into greater curves and capture finer details). Thanks to this, the sheet is smooth on both sides.
Wonderflex has a reinforcing mesh on one side, which does not allow the material as much flexibility as Wonderflex Pro, but it strengthens it. The sheet is smooth only on one side, while the other has a grid-like texture.
