Cosplayflex Clear

Cosplayflex belongs to the family of thermoplastics together with others such as Worbla or Thibra. Unlike conventional thermoplastics, however, it is specific in its properties - Cosplayflex Clear is a transparent, softer thermoplastic that resembles rubber rather than hard plastic.

Simply heat it with a heat gun, hot water or steam. This thermoplastic can be moulded from approx. 100 °C, is very stretchable, tear resistant and easily adheres to itself. Once cooled, it holds its shape (but retains the properties of rubber) and is re-mouldable when heated again. It can be easily cut, painted and shaped. No need to use a primer when painting.

Caution: Take care when working with the heated thermoplastic, it can easily cause burns.

Tip: Wear disposable gloves when working with this thermoplastic to prevent dirt and grease from adhering to the material - this can cause the surface to become cloudy.
